这座公寓的地理位置十分优越，是在东莞的发达地带，从室内进入客厅便会感觉到空间当中的宽阔，室内室外的相互连接，透露出自然与生活之间的相互融合厨房和客厅选择了吧台作为空间当中的分界点，整体上变得更加宽阔。不仅具有一定的美观感，而且还兼具一定的实用性，绿植的摆放也透露出空间当中的活力。

整个餐厅的面积并不是很大，但是可以完全感受到室外大海的浪漫，在用餐的时候聆听海浪的拍打声，似乎透露出内心的曼妙，也让整个人的身心得到完全的放松，在餐厅当中，不仅仅可以就差，而且可以感受到空间当中的艺术，黑白灰的透露出空间当中的宁静，白色和金色的苹果相互印章透露出整体的空间色调。
